Youth Welfare Orientation Programme 2k14

Youth Welfare Federation organizes Orientation Program every year for the freshers, so that they can know about our group & can join our federation.
Program started with general introduction of the group by Anchal Sharaya, after that a presentation on "Blood Donation" was given by Pooja Yadav. The presentation showed the need of blood donation in India, healthy effects of blood donation, who can donate blood & who can't e.t.c.
There was no D.C.R.U.S.T. staff member present in this program still there was pin drop silence in the seminar hall, everyone was interested in knowing about the group.
After the PowerPoint presentation, it was time to show documentary to the freshers. Documentary was based on previous works of the group mainly the events of 2014, unlike previous year documentary, this time the music was very much energetic. These energetic songs surely filled positive energy in the students to do something good for the society . Documentary was of about 6 minutes.
Later, freshly prepared "Nukkad Natika" performance was given by Volcanic Youth, it was based on the theme "Soch Badlo". On seeing their performance, no one could have guessed that it was their first public performance ever & is prepared only in 8 hours. Actually i should say "On seeing our performance" instead of "their" because Volcanic Youth is a part of YWF. To know more about Volcanic Youth, click here.
Then the program proceed with a motivational poem by Neeraj Kanojia. Everyone loved that poem. After that the final speech was given by Gurpreet Insan. He also gave information about how to register for the group offline or online. The response that we got from the freshers is admirable.
