Love using Google photos for your media? then your experience is gonna get better with these new features on the android app.
Many of us uses Google Photos as our primary gallery app for our offline and online media management, but Android users were lacking some of the major features of video editing for a long time till last week when google announced that these features will be available for android users soon but only for Google One subscribers.
Finally with the latest update we are getting what they promised. Yes the video editing tools are here now! including about 30 controls to improve your videos! If you haven't received these features then try updating your app now.
As Google explained back in February, it would be bringing some machine-learning powered editing tools previously exclusive to Pixel devices to other Android phones including over 30 controls, covering everything from cropping, filters, and colour grading options like adjusting contrast, saturation and brightness.
Future Plans
We all love free stuff, yes we all love this unlimited storage that google photos provides us with but guess what it's not gonna be free for long! Google is planning to limit that storage to upto 15GB. This 15GB will not only include your google photos data but is likely to include all your google account data which means gmail, YouTube and other google services data. Yes it might hurt but it is what it is, money matters.
