Apple’s next operating system iOS 11 will be out soon enough and apparently it’ll have feature Night Mode. At this point everything is up for rumors and Apple, of course, hasn’t said anything regarding the matter. Here’s what you can expect from the Apple’s upcoming operating system.
The night mode or dark mode is something most people are looking forward to. It’s one of the mist anticipated development of the iOS 11. The feature was expected to come out in the previous version of OS. But looks like tech gurus are pretty sure the platform will be bringing in the feature in the next version. The news of the new dark mode resurfaced after Apple added Dark Mode to tvOS and people began clamoring about a dark theme in the app.
Since this is a new feature than there are number of new features that is coming to the iOS 11. There are rumors that there’ll be options to search by typing instead of taking help of Siri. There has been time when voice searching with Siri is not an option for being in a socially awkward situation. So instead of a voice command one can use the keyboard to type in letters and then hit search.
There are reports that the iOS 11 could enable Touch ID Lock that’ll provide extra protection to your phone and save it from malicious intends of outsiders. We know how useful this would be since the current iOS 10 only allows users to lock the phone and not the apps. SO if anyone breaks the one lock that saves your handset could easily gain access to all your apps and open and see what’s cooking. And one more that we are looking forward is changing video resolution in-app.
With the current iPhone, one can record 4K resolution at 30fps, and 1080fps at 30fps or 60fps. This being one of the best selling point of iPhone but of course there’s a catch. One can switch between the resolutions but one has to exit the camera and got to settings. It’s would be a great if we can change the video resolution in-app. This would really help people capture the moment faster and you won’t even run the risk of losing the moment.
